ENGRAVING

A few pictures of our cnc engraving into brass and aluminium.

A sample test piece with both brass and aluminium.

Each piece measures approx 30mm high by 80mm wide.

And here is a closer shot of the engraving.

It is very hard to photograph something shiny, and it shows up the faintest of scratches when you do manage to capture a shot.

Here we are cutting 0.2mm into the aluminium with a 0.2mm cutter.

The cut is filled with blueish paint to visually define the cut.

The face measures about 20mm wide by 30mm high, so the writing is very very small.

And here is the bottom part of a brass panel memorial plaque.

Again, very hard to capture a good image off shiny material, the reflections showing as well.

The cut is about 0.3mm deep, and about 0.3mm wide.
