The most common signs are simple text and graphics cut from flat vinyl adhesive
and applied to a flat panel backboard. Flat vinyl is a fantastic medium to work with,
especially with the advances in modern vinyl image printing.

However, we live in a 3D world, and if you want your business to stand out from the rest, make
your signage stands out like the best.

Working in conjunction with shaped panels, and 3d cutout letters, your signage and logo can
achieve a more visual and longer lasting impression on your customers. It shows your business or
project is successful and demands attention.

Even if the backing panel is shaped around your sign or logo, or just your logo is projecting
from the panel, it is guaranteed to attract more attention than a flat image.

A great example of a sign we cut recently. The base material is 18mm PVC panel, also known as Signex, or Plaswood. The sides of the cut are white, and clean enough to be left as is. A simple computer cut flat vinyl is applied to the surface, and you can just see here how the raised sign stands out more than would a simple printed flat sign. This PVC can also be painted for colour and more protection if installed outside. It is durable and long lasting, and available in standard (1220x2440mm) size panels, with some thicknesses in longer lengths. Thicknesses available are from 3mm, 6mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm.

On the left is is sign located at Glenside, Wellington: An excellect example of a large outdoor sign, the wording is routercut into the natural macrocarpa about 3 to 4mm deep for long lasting durability. Quality, clean, sharp edge definition with no chipping or burring. Any quality outdoor paint is used to infill the lettering for more definition, but can also be left to weather for a natural look.
